What's not to love about rap? It has booming bass, funky beats and occasionally a well thought out lyric that makes a political statement. Obviously I love rap. Today, my love of rap merged with my newest and greatest love, my daughter Alexa. As I was flipping through today's pics, I swear I saw a bit of gangsta in our precious peach. I'm so proud! Don't believe me? Check out the pics and see what you think.

I feel a little LL Cool J in this one. I'm gonna knock you out. Mama said knock you out.

House of Pain anyone? Jump around. Jump around. Jump up. Jump up and get down.

Regulating a little
Westside action with Warren G.

Snoop and Alexa got their mind on their money and their money on their mind.
See what I mean? Even better than her gangsta tendencies is her fighting spirit. We may be able to bring our "little scrapper" (one of Picard's nicknames when he was younger) home tomorrow. We don't have final confirmation yet, but we have our fingers crossed and our prayers scripted and ready to be launched to God.

I know I've blogged this before, but it's also very, "I didn't even have to pull out my AK. Today...was a good day."
That girl has got some spunk. I'll be honest...I have written a letter to the execs at Clarian North about their crop of Starter Nurses myself. I'm a nurse, and I'm easy going about the newbies...but girl needs a mentor shadowing her every move.
Now you know why I sign so many letters as "Mommy knows. Mommy knows." Let your gut LEAD ON MOMMY!
Home Sweet Home (I called the SUPER GOOD Christian, Amie S, and she's been praying hard as well),
Lori
Early rapping skills. OK she's beautiful and Julie already has more presents for baby Alexa all she needs
