The question of the day is: Do you know how close we are to having a baby?
No? Well, let's count together.
I've put together the above calendars to best reflect the maximum and minimum time that may transpire between today and the day our wee one joins our lives. You'll see that the red circle on the calendar indicates today's date. The pink circle indicates the earliest week our BM could schedule induced labor. The second pink circle indicates the latest week our BM will schedule induced labor. Our BM's next doctor's appointment is July 21. So, we really only have three possible scenarios for wee one to join our lives.
1. Our BM will go into labor naturally this week or next
2. Our BM will have induced labor the week of July 28
3. Our BM will have induced labor the week of August 4
After her July 21 appointment, if inducement is the choice we should have an exact date when that will happen. We could have a baby tomorrow! We could have a baby in 14 days! We could have a baby in 21 days!
Now that you have been schooled in the short distance between today and the day our wee one joins our lives, you may appropriately freak out with me. OMG!!!!!!!!!!! We're having a baby!!!!!!!! Happy dance, happy dance!!!!

OMG Amie, you are so pregnant. Next, you'll have measured out the hours. And THAT will be totally normal. When they moved my C-section last year from July 25th to July 26th, I broke down in tears and said, "but I can't wait ONE more day!" Isn't this so exciting?! I am so having last year flashbacks. What a great year we've had.
I'm so selfish..you know I'm hoping for something AFTER the 26th. But that is so far away by your calendar. I really want you guys to come to Candy Land! Can I bribe you with copious amounts of chocolate, including a Chocolate Fondue Fountain?!
Let us know AS SOON as you know something. I've started collecting surprises for Wee One. And I have Doug and Noel's Bumbo for you!
